Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Local Pickup (Leduc)
Free local pickup is available. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within Leduc for a flat rate. Delivery days and details will be provided at checkout.

Shipping (Canada)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount during promotions.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Delays may occur and are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Next Chapter Books is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly.
