📦 Shipping Policy

We currently ship anywhere within Canada.

How Shipping Works:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Orders are packed securely to protect your books.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once it ships.

Processing Times:
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.

Delays:
Weather, postal delays, and holidays may affect delivery times. Once a package is shipped, delays are unfortunately outside our control.

🚗 Local Pickup & Delivery Policy

Local Pickup – Free

  • Available in Leduc, Alberta

  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready

  • Pickup is arranged by message to find a time that works for you

Local Delivery – $5.00

  • Available in Leduc, Alberta

  • Flat-rate $5 delivery within Leduc city limits

  • You'll receive an email when your order is ready for delivery

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Because we are a small business and most of our inventory is gently used, all sales are final.

However, we always want you to be happy with your order.

We will make it right if:

  • The wrong book was delivered

  • Your book arrives damaged

  • There’s an issue caused on our side

📚 Used Book Condition Policy

All used books are:

  • Cleaned

  • Inspected

  • Graded for quality

We do not sell moldy, ripped, or poor-condition books.
Each listing shows photos and/or a condition rating so you know exactly what to expect. Please see used book policy for further information.

We respect your privacy and never share your personal information.

What we collect:

  • Shipping address

  • Order details

  • To process and deliver your order

We accept:

📘 Book Requests Policy

Book request submissions are free.
You are not obligated to purchase any title we find for you.
If you confirm you want the book, we will set it aside for standard pickup, delivery, or shipping.
